- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆might be something ur interested in as this is showing they dont care about charity as well as everything else. frontline taxis they are rude and lie, I rang over an hour ago for a taxi and quoted by their operator UNDER TEN MINUTES. I have now missed the charity event for #MND I was going to, which I am very upset about! I rang to complain to be spoken to like crap by a man on the phone who told me they dont know how long there taxis are going to be and thats his explanation for my taxi taking so long. I stated that there operator had quoted me under ten mins and that they shouldnt quote a time scale if they do not know to which he completely ignored me and started laughing with someone else who I assume was with him where ever he was.
